PRICES ARE PER ROOM BASED ON TWO PEOPLE SHARING A DOUBLE ROOM AND INCLUDES FULL BREAKFAST, VAT AND ON SITE FREE PARKING.

SINGLE OCCUPANCY IS CHARGED AT 75% OF THE DOUBLE ROOM RATE.

CHILDREN UP TO 12 YEARS OLD, SHARING OUR FAMILY ROOM WITH ADULTS, ARE CHARGED AT £10 PER NIGHT.

Room 1:  Superior double with bath and shower. 
Room 3:  Standard double / twin with bath and shower.  This room has a limited view.
Room 4:  Superior double with shower and a view.
Room 5:  Standard double with shower and a view.
Room 6:  Superior larger double with bath and shower and a view.
Room 7:  Standard double with bath and shower.  This room has no view.
Room 8:  Superior with shower and a view.
 

All rooms have private en-suite facilities, colour television, beverage making facilities, hairdryers and radio alarm clocks. The hotel is licensed for the sale of alcoholic drinks.
 
ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE

Check in is normally between 4:30pm and 6:30pm, however if you wish to check in earlier, or later please let us know.

On the day of departure we ask that your room is vacated by 10.30am. We are happy to store any luggage and you are welcome to use the car park after check out. At quieter periods you may be able to keep the room until the afternoon.  This depends upon the need to service the room after your departure.

PAYMENT
When booking accommodation a non-refundable deposit of 25% is requested.

Should a reservation be subsequently cancelled and the accommodation cannot be re-let we reserve the right to charge 2/3rds of the full price for the unoccupied room.

We recommend that holiday insurance be taken out.

Payment can be made by either cash, cheque, MasterCard, Maestro, Visa, Switch, Solo and JCB.

For the comfort of all guests we operate a no smoking policy throughout the hotel.
