Dear Ella and Neil,
We would like to thank you for your wonderful welcome to your hotel
and
your excellent service. Our stay were very enjoyable and pleasant at
your
hotel, also i hope my daughter didn't make to much mess in her room as
we
have forgot to check the room before we leave the hotel.
I would certainly recommend your hotel to friends and colleagues.
Best Regards,

Dear Ella, Neil,
Family and Staff
Gail & I have now returned to London and are back at our daughter's
West
Kensington apartment. When we left you on Thursday our feelings were
mixed,
but full of good thoughts, as we had had such a wonderful visit to
Looe and
the surrounding Cornwall areas.
Keep up the excellent work and do those little things you do so well.
We
felt as though we knew each of you as long term friends, from Malcolm
to
Rafael and Matt, each offering an insite into the way you are as a
owner and
family.
We will always remember our time at Trehaven Manor and will certainly
talk
highly of everything about the stay we had at Looe.
I guess young James will be ready for school in a few weeks time :):)
so
your next challenge will be to get Neil ensconced as a full time
landlord!!
Cheers for now.

What can I say? The couple that run this hotel are the nicest and most
helpful people you could possibly hope to meet.
Great rooms, great view from the front, an excellent breakfast and
always the best welcome from any hotel I've stayed in.
We've stayed a couple of times a year for the past two years since we
discovered Trehaven Manor.
In fact I just noticed the comments page as I looked for the telephone
number to book again!
See you soon, Andy and Máire.
Comment from Neil......
Ella has just had the doors widened now - to get her head through!!
Thanks

In June 2006, we stayed in room 3,which was HUGE and had a lovely
view of the trees outside. Ella and Neil (Hi, you two!) were great
hosts and
Ella did some laundry for us, at a very reasonable price. She even
ironed
my husband's linen shirt - a job I hate. We were very pleased with our
stay
at this great little hotel and would recommend it to anyone!

Message from Neil.
Thanks for the comment
about James in your e-mail which read
"Welcome baby James -- he is GEORGEOUS!!"

Excellent
We were welcomed with a cup of tea and not a demand for credit card
details
as with other hotels we have stayed at.
The room was spotless and decorated to a very high standard which was
consistent throughout the hotel.
The service was first class and always with a smile. Nothing was too
much
trouble.
This couple have created hotel standards that other establishments
both
chain and private can only dream of.
Our thanks to Ella and Neil.

We first stayed at Trehaven in March 2004. On our
return in May
of this year, we couldn't wait to meet Ella and her family again: we
weren't
disappointed - far from it. Ella & Neil have really put a lot into
Trehaven
Manor, making many improvements, and their hospitality is second to
none.
We think it's the best B & B we've ever been to and we'll definitely
come
back.

What a great holiday Ella & Neil made us so welcome. Breakfasts and
cream teas were a treat. Nothing was to much trouble. Can't wait to
come back.
